Rapid leveling method for roller of roller way of continuous casting machine

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a rapid leveling method for rollers of a continuous casting machine roller way. The rapid leveling method comprises the following steps that (1) a roller way elevation adjusting support is manufactured according to the size of a plate blank conveying roller way and corresponding data of the position needing to be adjusted; (2) construction preparation is carried out, and after three parties confirm power failure and listing, a cutting vehicle, a roller way, a number spraying machine and a burr machine are powered off; (3) measuring the elevation data of the 1 # roller before cutting; (4) measuring data of the adjusting roller; (5) calculating adjustment data; (6) adjusting the roller according to the adjustment data; (7) adjusting all the rollers; and (8) reassembling and measuring, and judging whether the roller is adjusted in place. According to the method, the elevation adjustment work of the roller with an overlarge error can be effectively and quickly completed.
