A fatty amine type waterborne epoxy curing agent, a preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of chemical coatings, and provides a fatty amine type waterborne epoxy curing agent, a preparation method and application thereof. The first reaction liquid is obtained by mixing fatty amine and bisphenol A type epoxy resin for addition reaction; the second reaction liquid is obtained by removing the fatty amine not participating in the reaction through vacuum distillation of the first reaction liquid; the third reaction liquid is obtained by mixing the second reaction liquid and polyether alcohol diglycidyl ether for chain extension reaction; the fatty amine type waterborne epoxy curing agent is obtained by mixing the third reaction liquid and mono-epoxy compound for end-capping reaction, and mixing with water after the end-capping reaction is completed. The method can more effectively control the length of the molecular chain, eliminate the influence of free amine in the system on various performances, improve the water resistance, corrosion resistance and compression and bending resistance of the fatty amine type waterborne epoxy curing agent, has a wider application range, and can meet the application requirements in the field of heavy-duty corrosion protection and building materials.
