Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt drying devices, in particular to an asphalt drying device which comprises a heating bin with a magnetron arranged at the bottom and a waste gas treatment module for treating waste gas generated by asphalt heating, and the waste gas treatment module is fixedly arranged on one side of the heating bin. An isolation bin for isolating microwaves generated by the magnetron is fixedly connected in the heating bin, a scraping assembly for scraping the inner wall of the upper side of the heating bin is connected to the upper side of the isolation bin, and a discharging assembly for circularly discharging high-temperature waste gas generated in the heating bin is connected in the isolation bin; a positioning seat is fixedly connected to the lower side of the isolation bin, an air guide plate is hinged to the end, away from the isolation bin, of the positioning seat, and two linkage plates are hinged to the left end and the right end of the air guide plate correspondingly. According to the technical scheme, the drying energy consumption of the asphalt mixture is reduced, meanwhile, the mixing efficiency is improved, and the reaction mixing effect of the materials is improved.
