Electric air compressor control methods, devices, equipment and readable storage media

Abstract

An electric air compressor control method, apparatus, and readable storage medium are disclosed. The electric air compressor control method includes: calculating the dew point drop of the gas in an air tank; if the dew point drop is greater than or equal to a first preset dew point drop, controlling the electric air compressor to start when the air pressure in the air tank drops to the first preset air pressure, wherein the first preset air pressure is less than a preset starting filling air pressure and greater than a preset safety braking air pressure; if the dew point drop is less than the first preset dew point drop, controlling the electric air compressor to start when the air pressure in the air tank drops to the preset starting filling air pressure. Through this application, if the dew point drop is greater than or equal to the first preset dew point drop, the air compressor is started only when the air pressure in the air tank drops to a relatively lower level, avoiding noise and energy consumption caused by frequent starts of the air compressor; if the dew point drop is less than the first preset dew point drop, the air compressor is started when the air pressure in the air tank drops to a relatively higher preset starting filling air pressure, ensuring the drying effect of the dryer.
