The application relates to the field of glass quality monitoring, and specifically discloses a glass breakage monitoring and alarming device, which comprises an image sensor, a processor device, a cleaning member, a cleaning part for cleaning stains on a glass to be detected, a visual detection cavity formed in the middle of the cleaning part, the visual detection cavity penetrating through the cleaning part and communicating with the glass to be detected, a cooling water tank, a water storage chamber and a heat exchange structure communicating with the water storage chamber, the heat exchange structure being in contact with the processor device so that the processor device exchanges heat with the water storage chamber, and a wind power dust removal member for introducing external air into the water storage chamber and discharging air in the water storage chamber to the visual detection cavity to form a dust-free air duct in the visual detection cavity. The application has the effect of more accurate monitoring.
