Abstract

The present invention provides an intelligent heating and adaptive temperature control and regulation system for steel templates, which adopts several temperature control and regulation devices evenly distributed on the outer side of the steel template, each temperature control and regulation device includes a first temperature control unit, the first temperature control unit includes a first iron resistance track, a first switch device and a first iron resistance hollow ball, the first iron resistance hollow ball can touch the first switch device during the process of moving on the first iron resistance track, so that the first switch device switches between the two states of open and closed, the first special-shaped water tank 1 and the first special-shaped water tank 2 are opposite to the first iron resistance hollow ball. The first special-shaped water tank 1 and the first special-shaped water tank 2 are respectively filled with liquid water. The present invention can intelligently heat the steel template according to changes in air temperature, meet the requirements of intelligent heating and automated temperature regulation of the steel template, the entire heating process does not require manual intervention, and effectively reduces construction costs.
