Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of welding, in particular to an infrared welding machine for welding end sockets on the two sides and an extrusion pipe. The positioning and fixing assembly is arranged in the infrared welding machine and comprises a positioning ring and a fixing ring, an auxiliary ring is arranged on the outer wall of the positioning ring, a pushing part is arranged on the inner wall of the positioning ring, and the pushing part is used for adjusting an end socket on the outer wall of the positioning ring so that the end socket can be aligned to the outer wall of the extrusion pipe; an extrusion pipe is fixed through a fixing block, the position of an end socket is adjusted through a first fixing rod and a second fixing rod while the extrusion pipe is fixed, and meanwhile, a half gear moves in an auxiliary ring to drive a second fixing module to move to be matched with a first positioning module, so that the position of the end socket is further adjusted; the seal head and the extrusion pipe are opposite in position, so that the seal head and the extrusion pipe are aligned in axis before welding, and influence on subsequent welding due to position deviation of the seal head and the extrusion pipe is avoided.
