Method for deburring and chamfering end faces of pipes, bolts and bars

Abstract

The invention provides a method for deburring and chamfering end faces of pipes, bolts and bars. The method includes the following steps that firstly, the end face outer circle size of a pipe, a bolt and a bar is measured through a vernier caliper, and the specification of a chuck of a burr removing and chamfering device is determined; 2, an integrated shell and a tool apron are manufactured; thirdly, the magnets are assembled in the grooves of the tool aprons, the directions of the magnetic guide lines of the tool aprons are consistent, the directions of the magnetic guide lines of the two tool aprons are opposite, and it is guaranteed that the magnets can attract each other; fourthly, a chuck, a tool apron, a tool, a spring, a linear bearing, a thrust ball bearing, a friction plate and an integrated shell are assembled, and the burr removing and chamfering device is assembled; 5, a pipe, a bolt and a bar which need to be machined are inserted into the integrated shell from the chuck end and are locked and fixed; and sixthly, a handle or a charging electric hand drill is manually rotated to be connected with the six-edge connecting rod of the tool apron, the tool apron is rotated to be screwed forwards for grinding, and burr removing and chamfering operation is completed.
