本发明公开一种转光BOPP预涂膜及其制备方法，属于BOPP预涂膜技术领域；制备方法包括：在无底涂双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜的一侧表面复合PE层，构成基材层；对PE层表面电晕处理；将乙烯‑醋酸乙烯聚合物熔融挤出，通过流延法复合到PE层的表面，形成热熔胶层；对热熔胶层表面电晕处理；将Eu盐、Sm盐以及Y盐分别溶于无水乙醇，将得到三种溶液混合得到混合溶液；然后将水杨酸、邻菲啰啉溶于无水乙醇中，并通过滴加NaOH调节pH＝7得到配体；再将配体加入混合溶液中反应；最后经过冷却、抽滤、洗涤和干燥处理得到转光材料；将转光材料、有机溶剂和水混合并搅拌均匀，得到转光材料涂布液；将转光材料涂步液涂布在电晕处理后的热熔胶层表面并烘干，即得转光BOPP预涂膜。
