Abstract

The invention relates to a multi-material-level temporary storage loop line, in particular to an accurate positioning device for the multi-material-level temporary storage loop line. Comprising an annular track, a chain driving mechanism, supporting wheel tools, a positioning tool and an in-place signal system, the chain driving mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the annular track, the multiple supporting wheel tools are arranged on the annular track at intervals and connected with the chain driving mechanism, and the chain driving mechanism is used for driving the multiple supporting wheel tools to move along the annular track; the positioning tool is arranged on the outer side of the annular track, the in-place signal system is arranged on the positioning tool and used for initial positioning of the supporting wheel tool, and the positioning tool is used for fine positioning of the supporting wheel tool. Positioning is carried out based on servo system driving, in-place signals and the positioning tool, accurate positioning of the multi-material-level temporary storage loop line can be achieved, and more importantly, the safety degree of the production process is improved.
