Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of microfiber leather, and discloses a preparation method of a sea-island fiber, which comprises the following steps: plasticizing and mixing a component A (in which a polymer is low-viscosity marine phase resin), a component B and a component C (in which a polymer is mixed resin of high-viscosity marine phase resin and island phase resin) through different screws respectively; the method comprises the following steps of: feeding the melt into different metering pumps, metering the melt by different metering pumps, feeding the melt into respective distributed spinning manifolds, conveying the melt in the different spinning manifolds to a spinneret plate, dividing spinneret orifices in the spinneret plate into a first area and a second area, dividing the first area into a coaxial three-layer design, converging the three strands of melt after the three strands of melt go out of the first area, continuously flowing along the second area, and spraying out to form sea-island fibers; wherein the melt index of the low-viscosity marine phase resin is at least 40g / 10min higher than that of the high-viscosity marine phase resin. Compared with figured island fibers, the prepared sea-island fibers have smaller fiber diameters, meanwhile, the problem that the island phase fibers of the figured island fibers are not uniform in diameter is solved, and the fiber strength is remarkably improved.
