Abstract

The present application discloses a melting furnace and a system and method for taking molten aluminum, wherein the melting furnace comprises a furnace body, wherein the furnace body forms at least one molten aluminum chamber, wherein the system for taking molten aluminum comprises at least one centrifugal pump and an molten aluminum lifting structure, the molten aluminum lifting structure forms a liquid taking well connected to the molten aluminum chamber, a liquid inlet is formed at the bottom of the liquid taking well, wherein the liquid inlet is a predetermined distance H from the bottom of the molten aluminum chamber, the centrifugal pump is arranged to be raised and lowered to align with the liquid taking well, the cross-sectional diameter of the liquid taking well is D1, wherein the cross-sectional diameter of the liquid inlet is D2, wherein the predetermined distance H, the cross-sectional diameter of the liquid taking well D1 and the cross-sectional diameter of the liquid inlet D2 satisfy the following relationship: |D1‑D2|>2H.
