Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of medicine and food detection, and discloses a method for measuring the content of polydextrose in diabetes total nutrient formula food, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, weighing a sample, and adding a trichloroacetic acid solution to precipitate protein; s2, after the sample liquid is centrifuged, taking part of supernate, fixing the volume by using distilled water, and filtering by using a filtering membrane to obtain a sample injection solution; s3, using an ion chromatograph, and leacheate: A: ultrapure water; b: 250 mM of a sodium hydroxide solution; c: 1 M sodium acetate and 50 mM sodium hydroxide mixed solution; and the potential waveform is a four-potential waveform. The method has the characteristics of good reproducibility, high sensitivity, simplicity in operation, low detection cost and the like. According to the method, an enzymolysis step in a conventional standard method is omitted, the enzymolysis time is saved, and the detection cost is reduced.
