Abstract

The embodiment of the present invention provides a control method, device, electronic device and storage medium for an automated process. The control method for an automated process includes: allocating virtual consumables to each consumable node in the automated process and determining the virtual position of the virtual consumables; judging whether the current operation step in the automated process corresponds to a real consumable based on the operation steps planned for each virtual consumable in the automated process; if the current operation step does not correspond to the real consumable, matching the real consumable according to the consumable template corresponding to the virtual consumable of the current operation step, and replacing the virtual consumable with the matched real consumable; and executing the current operation step for the real consumable based on the virtual position of the virtual consumable. It can flexibly adapt to changes in consumable usage requirements and match appropriate real consumables. This effectively avoids the occurrence of systematic errors and ensures the smooth completion of each step in the automated process.
