Abstract

The embodiments of this specification disclose a person-job matching method and device based on independent intelligent evaluation of work experience. By extracting multiple work experiences of candidates from resumes; determining the corresponding overall weight coefficient for each work experience; extracting entities corresponding to each work experience from multiple dimensions, and obtaining an entity list containing multiple entities; sorting the entity list, extracting the first K entities in the sorting, and generating K embedding vectors corresponding to the K entities; multiplying the embedding vector by the overall weight coefficient for weighting, and generating a weighted embedding vector; comparing the weighted embedding vector with the job model, and obtaining the final evaluation score, thereby achieving independent judgment on whether the person-job match is based on work experience, eliminating other interference factors, and being more objective and accurate.
