Automatic production equipment for brushless motor stator glue injection assembly

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of automated production of brushless motors, and in particular to an automatic production device for glue injection and assembly of brushless motor stators. The lifting mechanism includes: a frame platform, a moving part, a pushing mechanism, a glue injection assembly, a riveting assembly and a positioning assembly. A moving groove is provided on the frame platform. The moving groove is a closed-loop arrangement for accommodating a plurality of moving parts. One end of the moving part is located in the moving groove 11, and the other end is used for the product to be assembled with the stator to be installed. The pushing mechanism is provided on the frame platform and is located on the periphery of the moving groove, and is used to push the moving part to move in the moving groove 11. The glue injection assembly is located above the frame platform and is used to inject glue onto the product. The riveting assembly is used to press the stator so that the stator is pressed onto the product. The positioning assembly is arranged on the frame platform relative to the position of the glue injection assembly and the riveting assembly to fix the moving part during the glue injection and pressing process to avoid possible deviations during the movement process.
