Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrathin lubricating anti-coagulation coating for an indwelling needle cannula and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: immersing the indwelling needle cannula into a NaOH aqueous solution for pretreatment to obtain a pretreated indwelling needle cannula; immersing into a mixed solution containing an epoxy silane coupling agent and an amino phosphorylcholine polymer, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to form an ultrathin lubricating anti-coagulation coating; according to the method, the sleeve is pretreated with sodium hydroxide to endow the surface of the sleeve with a large number of hydroxyl groups, chemical reaction is accelerated through a sonochemical method, the induction period is shortened, phosphorylcholine is rapidly covalently grafted to the surface of an instrument under mild conditions, the uniform ultrathin coating is constructed, the steps for preparing the coating are reduced, the process time is shortened, and the cost is reduced. And more importantly, high-temperature incubation is not needed in the solution, so that the obvious influence on the mechanical property of the sleeve is avoided.
