System and method for preparing dimethyl carbonate

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a system and a method for preparing dimethyl carbonate, and relates to the technical field of chemical engineering. The system for preparing dimethyl carbonate comprises: a premixer for reacting nitric oxide with oxygen to produce a first product comprising nitrogen oxide; the synthesis tower is used for reacting methanol with the first product to produce a second product comprising methyl nitrite; the oxo-synthesis reactor is used for carrying out oxo-synthesis catalytic reaction on the second product and carbon monoxide to generate a third product containing nitric oxide and dimethyl carbonate; an absorbent is arranged in the absorption tower, and the absorbent is used for absorbing the dimethyl carbonate and converting the dimethyl carbonate into a liquid fourth product containing the dimethyl carbonate and a gaseous fifth product containing nitric oxide. By means of the system, the danger caused by too violent reaction in the production process is reduced, and the production safety is improved.
