An automatic engine alignment and glue injection system and method

Abstract

This invention discloses an automatic engine alignment and glue injection system and method, mainly addressing the technical problems of low efficiency and poor safety in existing glue injection processes. The glue injection system of this invention includes a control module, a fixed base, a first automatic alignment module, a gripper assembly, and a glue injection tube. The control module drives the fixed base to move. The first automatic alignment module is installed on the fixed base near the end of the engine to be glued, which has a glue injection hole. The gripper assembly is located between the first automatic alignment module and the engine to be glued, and includes a gripper seat, a gripper, and a cylinder. The cylinder is installed above the gripper seat and electrically connected to the control module. The gripper is installed below the gripper seat and connected to the output end of the cylinder, used to grip the glue injection tube. The glue injection tube has a hollow structure; one end is used to connect to a glue storage device, and the other end is opposite to the glue injection hole and is adapted to the size and structure of the glue injection hole. The glue injection system of this invention improves the glue injection efficiency and safety of the engine.
