One-hand control of the front and rear oil disc brake system

Abstract

The present application relates to the field of vehicle braking, and provides a brake system for controlling the front and rear oil discs with one hand, including a first valve, two second valves and two pipes, wherein the first valve includes a valve body and a valve core, wherein a first channel and a second channel connected to each other are arranged in the valve body, wherein the first channel has a first interface and a second interface, wherein the first interface is used to connect the left brake handle, and the second interface is used to connect the right brake handle; wherein the second channel is connected to two pipes respectively, wherein one pipe is used to connect the front wheel brake member, and the other pipe is used to connect the rear wheel brake member; wherein the valve core is slidably arranged in the first channel, and the valve core is configured as follows: the valve core can slide to connect the first interface or the second interface to the second channel; wherein the two second valves are arranged in correspondence with each other in the two pipes, and the two second valves are used to adjust the fluid flow in the corresponding pipes. The present application realizes the separate braking or simultaneous braking of the front and rear wheels, and solves the problem of adjusting the relative braking force between the front and rear wheels.
