Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, and discloses a galling waterproof pasting integrated emery all-purpose waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, the waterproof coating comprises 75-95 parts by weight of epoxy resin, 5-25 parts by weight of cardanol-based polystyrene, 10-20 parts by weight of emery, and 2.5-3.2 parts by weight of an imidazole curing agent; the cardanol-based polystyrene disclosed by the invention contains a flexible alkyl long chain, and meanwhile, an active imino group of the cardanol-based polystyrene can react with the epoxy resin to play a role in promoting a curing cross-linking reaction, so that a very good toughening role is played while the compatibility of the polystyrene and the epoxy resin is improved, and the coating has better impact resistance, flexibility and tensile property. And the polystyrene containing the alkyl long chain has relatively strong hydrophobicity, is uniformly dispersed in an epoxy resin paint film matrix, and is beneficial to increase of a surface water contact angle and improvement of water resistance and water resistance.
