The seamless steel pipe comprises 0.10%-0.18% of C, 0.15%-0.30% of Si, 0.8%-1.5% of Mn, smaller than or equal to 0.015% of P, smaller than or equal to 0.005% of S, smaller than or equal to 0.10% of Cu, 0.5%-1.5% of Cr, 0.2%-0.7% of Mo, 1.0%-1.5% of Ni, 0.01%-0.08% of V, smaller than or equal to 0.10% of V + Nb + Ti and 0.018%-0.050% of Al. Al / N > = 2; cEV is less than or equal to 0.75, and CEV = C + Mn / 6 + (Cr + Mo + V) / 5 + (Ni + Cu) / 15; the total percentage of the components is 100%. The seamless steel tube has the advantages of high precision, high tensile strength and impact toughness, and excellent corrosion resistance and weldability, and is especially suitable for processing the seamless steel tube with the diameter of more than 700mm and the wall thickness of more than 70mm.
