Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of functional films, in particular to a conductive corrosion-resistant alloy film for a titanium metal bipolar plate and a preparation method thereof.The film sequentially comprises a titanium metal matrix, a metal Ti ion implantation layer, a Ti self-healing layer and a TiNb alloy functional layer from bottom to top, and the TiNb alloy functional layer comprises, by atomic percent, 20%-45% of Ti and 55%-80% of Nb; the TiNb alloy functional layer comprises a cubic beta-Ti (Nb) solid solution structure. The conductive corrosion-resistant alloy film can spontaneously form a compact conductive corrosion-resistant oxidation film, and has the characteristic of high potential corrosion resistance; meanwhile, in the long-term service process, local passivation filling micropores are formed, healing is achieved, corrosion medium permeation is delayed, low contact resistance and corrosion current density are achieved on the basis that precious metal does not need to be added, and therefore the conductivity, corrosion resistance and durability of the titanium metal bipolar plate are effectively improved.
