This invention discloses a pre-synchronization control method for a virtual synchronous generator based on adaptive virtual torque compensation, comprising: establishing the control equations of a virtual generator for an energy storage converter; adding adaptive virtual torque and adaptive virtual electromotive force compensation quantities to the virtual synchronous generator control equations to obtain improved control equations based on adaptive virtual torque compensation; calculating the compensation quantities of adaptive virtual torque and adaptive virtual electromotive force; in off-grid mode, inputting the output voltage of the energy storage converter and the grid voltage to the adaptive virtual torque compensation controller, outputting the compensation quantities of adaptive virtual torque and adaptive virtual electromotive force to compensate the control equations of the virtual synchronous generator of the energy storage converter, thereby achieving grid voltage synchronization. This invention only requires the acquisition of the converter output voltage and the grid voltage to quickly adjust the amplitude and phase of the converter output voltage, achieving the effect of smooth grid connection of the converter.
