A method for preparing steel slag geopolymer concrete with antifreeze performance

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and in particular to a method for preparing steel slag geopolymer concrete with antifreeze performance, comprising: adding 5 to 10 parts of modified natural fiber, 5 to 10 parts of expanded perlite and 50 to 100 parts of water into a mixer by weight percentage for stirring, then adding 270 to 360 parts of steel slag powder, 10 to 65 parts of red mud, 60 to 130 parts of silica fume, 10 to 15 parts of sodium hydroxide and 50 to 100 parts of water for stirring, and then adding 450 to 650 parts of natural river sand, 900 to 1250 parts of gravel, 10 to 15 parts of polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent and 50 to 100 parts of water into a mixer for stirring, pouring into a mold and curing and forming, so as to obtain steel slag geopolymer concrete with antifreeze performance. The present invention adds natural fiber modification to the geopolymer concrete with steel slag as the main raw material, improves the antifreeze-thaw ability of the geopolymer concrete, and also realizes the recycling of solid waste materials.
