The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving an ultraviolet light absorber, a light stabilizer and an antioxidant in a mixed solvent, stirring to form a uniform solution, adding a dynamic cross-linking agent, carrying out a cross-linking reaction, carrying out vacuum evaporation to remove the solvent, and grinding and drying to obtain a target product. According to the composite ultraviolet light absorber disclosed by the invention, through the synergistic effect of the components and the construction of a dynamic cross-linked network, the ultraviolet light absorption performance, the chemical stability, the thermal stability and the low mobility are remarkably improved, and the composite ultraviolet light absorber can be widely applied to the fields of plastics, coatings, textiles and the like.
