Noise injection device and method

Abstract

The present invention discloses a noise injection device and method, including: a DAC controlled by a microcontroller unit is connected to a DC buck converter, the DC buck converter is connected to a filter, the filter is connected to a field effect transistor, and the field effect transistor is connected to a device to be tested; the microcontroller unit is connected to an arbitrary waveform generator, the arbitrary waveform generator is used to generate a noise signal, the filter output is connected to a fixed voltage drop buffer, the DC buck converter is used to generate a power supply signal, the signal superposition circuit is connected to the arbitrary waveform generator and the fixed voltage drop buffer respectively, the comparison and feedback circuit is connected to the signal superposition circuit, and is also connected to a drive circuit, and the drive circuit is connected to the field effect transistor; the field effect transistor output provides a large current DC power supply voltage superimposed with a noise signal, and is input into the device to be tested together. The present invention belongs to the field of noise synthesis. The device provided by the present invention can simultaneously realize large current power supply and noise voltage signal injection.
