Abstract

The invention discloses a blast furnace baking method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, arranging a thermocouple at the center of the bottom of a furnace, and adjusting the air temperature for baking the furnace according to the temperature measured by the thermocouple; step 2, dehumidification blast is adopted, air is firstly fed through an air mixing pipe, a pressurizing valve and a hot blast valve are opened, the air volume is gradually increased, the air volume is increased to 2000 m < 3 > / min within 12 h, and the air temperature reaches 320 DEG C; 3, when the air volume is increased to 3500 m < 3 > / min, the air temperature is stabilized at 320 DEG C and maintained for 36 h; 4, the air volume is increased, the air temperature is increased to 500 DEG C within 12 hours, then the air volume and the air temperature are stabilized, and the constant temperature is kept for 60 hours; fifthly, the air temperature is increased to 600 DEG C within 10 hours, then the air volume and the air temperature are stabilized, and the constant temperature is kept for 24 hours; and 6, judging whether the oven drying reaches the standard or not, and if the oven drying reaches the standard, ending the oven drying. By the adoption of the oven drying method, efficient and rapid oven drying is achieved. The furnace drying time is short, and the blow-in period is shortened; and compared with the previous furnace baking mode, the time is shortened by more than 10 hours.
