Cathode powder, preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The application belongs to the field of solid oxide fuel cells, and specifically discloses a cathode powder and a preparation method and application thereof, which comprises the following steps: step 1: sequentially homogenizing, ultrasonic atomizing and drying mixed solution one and mixed solution two to obtain mixed gas mist one and mixed gas mist two; step 2: respectively thermally decomposing the mixed gas mist one and the mixed gas mist two to obtain perovskite-like dry gel and spinel-like dry gel; and step 3: sequentially coating a buffer and the spinel-like dry gel on the surface of the perovskite-like dry gel, and then sintering to obtain the cathode powder. The preparation method can greatly improve production efficiency, reduce production cost, simplify the preparation steps, improve the yield of the cathode powder, and make the prepared cathode powder have excellent particle size uniformity, so that the cathode powder has excellent conductivity, catalytic activity and reaction activity.
