Network slicing resource allocation method and related equipment for industrial Internet

Abstract

This application provides a network slice resource allocation method and related equipment for the Industrial Internet. The method includes: designing an SDN-based network slice resource allocation management and control architecture, including a control plane and a data plane; deploying an agent for each switch node in the control plane, with each switch node having an IT slice queue and an OT slice queue; designing path planning and network slice resource allocation algorithms; modeling joint path planning and network slice resource allocation as a multi-agent Markov decision process; defining a state space and an action space; designing a reward function; constructing and training a multi-agent deep reinforcement learning model; inputting the global network view and the demand information of each slice collected in the SDN-based network slice resource allocation management and control architecture into the trained deep reinforcement learning agent, and outputting a traffic forwarding path and a network slice resource allocation plan. This method can maximize the amount of traffic that the network can carry.
