Abstract

The invention discloses an application of an SGK1 inhibitor in preparation of a medicine for treating endometriosis, and the SGK1 inhibitor is GSK650394. It is proved for the first time that the SGK1 inhibitor GSK650394 can inhibit high activity and anti-aging capacity of endometrial stromal cells induced by ROS; in an endometriosis mouse model, the SGK1 inhibitor GSK650394 inhibits the growth of a focus and induces the aging of focus cells; and a new target spot and a new strategy are provided for treatment of endometriosis.
