Lightweight composite material cabin plate forming process

Abstract

The invention discloses a light-weight composite material cabin plate forming technology. The technology comprises the following steps that an inner skin is pressed; pressing an outer skin; splicing the core material: splicing the core material on the formed outer skin according to the shape of the outer skin, and uniformly smearing resin on the upper and lower surfaces of the spliced core material; the parts are placed from bottom to top according to the sequence of the lower die, the outer skin, the core material, the inner skin and the upper die, and the upper die and the lower die are assembled; vacuum pressing: after the mold is closed, pressing and curing are performed after the mold is directly sealed or a vacuum bag is externally applied to assist vacuumizing according to a mold form; and molding: splitting the mold, and releasing the mold to obtain the composite material cabin plate. The forming process provided by the invention can be suitable for lightweight forming of the special-shaped cabin plate, and the surface quality of the skin can be improved while the lightweight of the cabin plate can be ensured.
