Coal gangue mechanism sand upgrading device

Abstract

The application provides a coal gangue machine-made sand upgrading device, which comprises a fixing frame, a box body movably arranged on the fixing frame, wherein the box body is provided with a mixing cavity, a material inlet, a material outlet, a drying channel and a grouting inlet, the material inlet, the material outlet, the drying channel and the grouting inlet are all communicated with the mixing cavity, the grouting inlet is located at the top of the box body, the material inlet is used for conveying the coal gangue machine-made sand into the mixing cavity, the grouting inlet is used for conveying the slurry into the mixing cavity, and the material outlet is used for discharging the coal gangue machine-made sand mixed with the slurry; a vibration structure is drivingly connected with the box body to drive the vibration of the box body; and a heating fan is communicated with the drying channel to dry the coal gangue machine-made sand mixed with the slurry. Through the technical scheme, the problem of low strength of the coal gangue machine-made sand in the prior art can be solved.
