Synthesis method of 1, 2-diheteroatom olefin derivative

Abstract

The invention discloses a synthesis method of a 1, 2-double heteroatom olefin derivative, which comprises the following specific synthesis steps: sequentially adding tetrabutylammonium tribromide and a diselenide or disulfide derivative into a three-neck bottle, and selecting dimethyl sulfoxide as a reaction solvent; then connecting an acetylene balloon to the reaction system, and stirring and reacting at room temperature for 4 hours; and after the reaction is finished, performing column chromatography separation and purification on a crude product to obtain the 1, 2-double heteroatom olefin derivative. According to the invention, the use of a metal catalyst and an equivalent toxic oxidant is avoided, and the synthesis of the 1, 2-diheteroatom olefin derivative can be successfully realized at room temperature. In addition, the synthesis strategy is environment-friendly and simple and convenient to operate, effective fixation of acetylene can be completed under normal pressure, and the practicability of the synthesis strategy is remarkably improved.
