Composition and application thereof in preparation of solubilizer

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of chemical engineering and biological medicine, and particularly discloses a composition and application thereof in preparation of a solubilizer. The composition comprises the following components: oleyl alcohol polyether, hydrogenated castor oil and polyethylene glycol, wherein the mass ratio of oleyl alcohol polyether to hydrogenated castor oil to polyethylene glycol is (0.1-4): (4-6): (0.1-4). In research, the inventor finds that the composition composed of oleyl alcohol polyether, hydrogenated castor oil and polyethylene glycol has a solubilizing effect on menthol in water, the solubility of menthol in water can be improved, and menthol has high solubility in water; therefore, the composition disclosed by the invention has an important application value when being used as a solubilizer for menthol.
