Dynamic color display system and method based on microfluidic technology

Abstract

The invention relates to a dynamic color display system and method based on a microfluidic technology. The system comprises a passing display module used for displaying a color through flowing of liquid in each layer of microfluidic channel; the color sensor is used for monitoring the monitoring data of each display unit in real time, and the monitoring data comprise color changes and color parameters of the liquid; the processing module is used for performing prediction according to the monitoring data and the display content of the display module through a preset machine learning model to generate a first adjustment scheme; the control module is used for generating a control signal according to a first adjusting scheme, controlling the opening degree of the valve and the rotating speed of the pump through the control signal to adjust the flowing speed, pressure and direction of the liquid in the micro-fluidic channel, and further controlling the display of the display module. Liquid flow is accurately controlled through a plurality of layers of microfluidic channels to realize color mixing, and color accuracy and display refresh rate are improved by using a color sensor and a high-speed valve pump.
