Regional carbon compensation quantification method based on implicit carbon visual angle

Abstract

The invention provides a regional carbon compensation quantification method based on an implicit carbon perspective, and belongs to the field of carbon compensation calculation and analysis, and the method comprises the steps: S1, collecting the data of total output, intermediate consumption and final consumption of all regions and all departments in cross-border trade; s2, constructing a regional multi-region input-output model by using the collected data, calculating economic benefits and implicit carbon emission of each economic entity in cross-border trade, and verifying a virtual transfer phenomenon of the economic benefits and environmental cost; s3, improving the multi-region input-output model to estimate the regional carbon emission reduction cost; and S4, calculating the carbon compensation value of each region in the cross-border trade by combining the carbon emission reduction cost and the implicit carbon emission. According to the method, the carbon emission responsibility of the region in the economic benefit and environmental cost virtual transfer process in cross-border trade is quantified, and international carbon emission reduction is promoted.
