Abstract

The invention provides a pipeline welding seam management system and a management method thereof. A data acquisition module collects full life cycle data of a pipeline welding seam by using a space-time fusion algorithm, and accurately determines a circumferential welding seam position by means of a geographical anchor point positioning algorithm. The knowledge modeling module constructs a knowledge model and clarifies business logic through a hierarchical ontology mapping algorithm and a multi-dimensional classification tree algorithm according to collected data. The data processing and fusion module extracts knowledge units according to a data type selection algorithm, and then carries out fusion by using a self-adaptive fusion network algorithm. And the risk prediction and evaluation module identifies threat elements through a fuzzy reasoning decision tree algorithm, calculates a risk value through a Bayesian belief network optimization algorithm and carries out early warning. And the maintenance processing and feedback module plans maintenance, generates a report and optimizes the model. And the defect management module comprises a repair request and repair confirmation process and a series of algorithms. And the statistical analysis module analyzes the condition of each dimension of the weld data through multiple algorithms. And the early warning module gives an alarm in time when the product weld joint has specific repair times, and multiple terminals synchronize information.
