Abstract

The liquid path system is mainly composed of a milk box, a tail water tank / sewer pipe, a cold water tank, a refrigeration area, various pumps, various valves, a liquid level sensor, an instant heating plate, a heater, a temperature sensor and the like. The instant heating device is unique in loop design and comprises a cold milk main loop, a hot milk main loop, a main water path, a hot milk path and a cleaning loop of the cold milk path, the main water path is efficiently cleaned through steam, hot water and different combination modes in the positive direction and the negative direction, and hot water or steam can be generated through the instant heating device. And the main loop pipeline can be emptied by steam. Besides, a raw material pipeline and most conveying devices can be placed in the refrigeration space, cold chain storage of the raw materials is ensured, the system has good expandability, and a production branch and corresponding cleaning loops and devices can be added according to requirements.
