The invention provides a target point position determination method and device, a storage medium and a system, and relates to the technical field of medical treatment. According to the specific implementation scheme, under the condition that a positioning bed board is fixedly connected with radiotherapy equipment, a first position relation is determined based on an identified connecting device on the positioning bed board, and the first position relation is used for indicating the relative position between the positioning bed board and the radiotherapy equipment; a second position relation is determined based on a reference point and a target point included in the acquired simulation positioning image, the reference point is determined based on the identified mark point on the positioning bed board, the target point is used for indicating any position point in the body of the object to be subjected to radiotherapy, and the second position relation is used for indicating the relative position between the target point and the reference point; and based on the first position relation and the second position relation, determining the position relation between the target point in the object to be subjected to radiotherapy and the radiotherapy equipment. Therefore, the position of the target point can be efficiently and accurately determined by identifying the mark point and the connecting device on the positioning bed board.
