Abstract

The invention relates to high-strength impervious concrete proportioning equipment and process. The high-strength impervious concrete proportioning equipment comprises a crushing mechanism, a screening mechanism, a batching mechanism and a discharging mechanism which are arranged on a rack, the discharging mechanism comprises a material storage assembly arranged above the crushing mechanism, a material control assembly arranged below the material storage assembly and a material falling assembly arranged on the crushing mechanism. According to the invention, sandstone raw materials can be automatically crushed on a construction site, sandstone with qualified particle size is immediately put into the batching tank, fine waste generated by collision in the transportation process of the sandstone is avoided, the raw materials are saved, the concrete proportioning effect is improved, main sandstone materials and auxiliary sandstone materials can be automatically and alternately put into the batching tank, and the production efficiency is improved. The main materials and the auxiliary materials which are stacked layer by layer are conveniently and uniformly mixed, the situation that the main materials are broken due to excessive stirring and the overall strength of a concrete product is affected due to the fact that the main materials are too fine is avoided, and therefore the technical problem that the concrete quality is affected when sand and stones with unqualified particle sizes are put into proportioning equipment is solved.
