Abstract

The invention discloses a baking furnace for sandwich materials of wind power blades and a working method thereof, which relates to the technical field of baking equipment, and solves the technical problems that it is difficult for a traditional baking furnace to evenly bake the sandwich materials of wind power blades and the sandwich materials are easily insufficiently baked due to being physically covered by a support body; the invention comprises a furnace cavity for conveying hot air, a support member is provided at the bottom of the furnace cavity, a blocking member is sleeved on the support member, a furnace cover is sleeved on the blocking member and the furnace cavity, and a clamping mechanism for clamping the material body is installed on the blocking member, a hot air jacket with air outlets is slidably sleeved on the outer side of the furnace cavity, an air guide mechanism is installed between the hot air jacket and the furnace cavity, and a linkage mechanism is installed on the support member, and the linkage mechanism is used to drive the clamping mechanism to rotate during the revolution. The invention not only facilitates comprehensive and uniform baking of the sandwich materials of wind power blades, improves the uniformity of baking, but also prevents the sandwich materials from being insufficiently baked due to being physically covered by a support body.
