Abstract

The invention provides an element measurement device and method in new energy production based on combination of spectrum and mass spectrometry technologies, the measurement device comprises a torch tube and a coil, and the coil surrounds the outer side of the torch tube; the mass spectrum unit comprises a sample introduction cone, a first ion deflection module and a detector; the sampling cone is arranged in the axial direction of flame of the torch tube; the spectrum unit comprises a light transmission module, a light splitting module and a detector, and radial light of the flame penetrates through the light transmission module; and the analysis unit is used for processing an output signal of the detector by utilizing a mass spectrum technology to obtain the content of the element with relatively low concentration, and processing the output signal of the detector by utilizing a spectrum technology to obtain the content of the element with relatively high concentration. The method has the advantages of large concentration detection range and the like.
