The invention provides an information processing method and device, electronic equipment and a computer storage medium, and the method is applied to the technical field of computers, and comprises the steps: obtaining an original current signal of a preset duration; segmenting the original current signal to obtain a plurality of signal segments; determining a peak current of each signal segment in the plurality of signal segments, analyzing current signals at two sides of each peak current to obtain a base line of each peak current, and determining a first current amplitude of each corresponding signal segment according to the base line of each peak current; and screening the first current amplitudes of the plurality of signal segments to obtain a target current amplitude, and determining each via hole event corresponding to the original current signal according to the target current amplitude. Therefore, the base line is determined by analyzing the current signals on the two sides of the peak current, it is ensured that the determination of the via hole event is achieved based on the local features of the signals in the two directions, and the determination accuracy of the via hole event is improved.
