The detection method comprises the steps of obtaining a to-be-detected image; inputting the to-be-detected image into a backbone network of a preset target detection model to obtain a first feature; inputting the first feature into a neck network of a preset target detection model to obtain a second feature; processing the second feature based on a channel attention mechanism and a space attention mechanism to obtain a query feature, a key feature and a value feature of the second feature; processing a query feature, a key feature and a value feature of the second feature based on a self-attention mechanism to obtain a third feature; and inputting the third feature into a head network of a preset target detection model to obtain an identification result of the to-be-detected image. According to the channel attention space self-attention improved target detection model, the representation capability of the feature points in the to-be-detected image is enhanced, the applicability of the target detection model is improved, and the recognition precision is high.
