The invention relates to the technical field of heat dissipation of lithium battery energy storage systems, in particular to a cooling system. The invention provides a cooling system, the cooling system comprises a cooling main machine and a plurality of hydraulic modules, the plurality of hydraulic modules are arranged in a plurality of battery systems, the cooling main machine comprises a first pump body, the input end of the first pump body is connected with a first cylinder body, and the output end of the first pump body is connected with the hydraulic modules; the first pump body outputs excessive liquid to cool the battery system through the hydraulic module, so that the cooling efficiency is improved. According to the system, the first pump body is designed in an over-liquid-supply mode, the cooling liquid can be subjected to sufficient heat exchange and cooling in an over-refrigerant-input mode, the situation that multiple times of cooling liquid heat exchange are needed is avoided, the heat exchange efficiency of the system is improved, and meanwhile the power consumption of the system is reduced.
