The invention discloses an image acquisition and processing method and device and a vehicle. The image acquisition and processing method comprises the following steps: acquiring a current exposure image; acquiring a brightness information value of the region of interest and a brightness information value of a non-region of interest; calculating the brightness value of the current exposure image based on the brightness information value of the region of interest and the brightness information value of the non-region of interest, the weight value of the region of interest being amplified; and performing exposure coefficient adjustment based on the brightness value of the current exposure image. According to the invention, the problem of non-ideal exposure of the traffic marker area in the acquired image in the prior art can be solved.
