Abstract

The invention provides a stoma base plate, a preparation method of the stoma base plate and a stoma bag comprising the stoma base plate, and relates to the technical field of medical instruments. A stoma base plate sequentially comprises a PU (polyurethane) film, a silica gel layer with a recess, a double-layer PU film embedded in the recess, a hydrocolloid layer embedded in the recess and having water absorption performance and a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) release film from top to bottom, the silica gel layer, the double-layer PU film and the hydrocolloid form a complex, and the silica gel layer and the hydrocolloid are on the same plane on the hydrocolloid layer side of the complex. According to the composite, the hydrocolloid layer is embedded into the silica gel layer, and the hydrocolloid layer and the silica gel layer are tightly connected through the double-layer PU film coated with the glue on the two sides, so that the adhesion performance of the silica gel layer and the good liquid absorption function of the hydrocolloid layer are well combined; furthermore, the hydrocolloid layer side, the silica gel layer and the hydrocolloid in the complex are on the same plane, so that seepage can be adsorbed, the complex can be tightly attached to the skin, and falling and liquid leakage are reduced.
