Cleaning and drying all-in-one machine and cleaning process

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of casting machining technologies, in particular to a cleaning and drying all-in-one machine and a cleaning process. A cleaning and drying all-in-one machine comprises a conveying line used for conveying castings to be cleaned, and fixed-point spraying and cleaning equipment, fixed-point spraying and rinsing equipment, movable spraying and rinsing equipment, hot air drying equipment and vacuum drying equipment are sequentially arranged between the input end and the output end of the conveying line. In the working process, castings to be cleaned are placed on the material bracket for feeding from the input end of the conveying line. Then the materials are sequentially conveyed into the fixed-point spraying and cleaning equipment, the fixed-point spraying and rinsing equipment, the movable spraying and rinsing equipment, the hot air drying equipment and the vacuum drying equipment along with the conveying line for corresponding cleaning and drying treatment, and finally the materials are discharged at the output end of the conveying line. Due to the adoption of multi-procedure automatic cleaning and drying, the casting cleaning efficiency is improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and meanwhile, the cleaning quality can be guaranteed.
