Abstract

The curved-surface mobile phone outer screen double-face polishing equipment comprises a workbench, a protective cover, a polishing mechanism and a mold, the protective cover is arranged above the workbench, a feeding port and a discharging port are formed in the front end and the rear end of the protective cover correspondingly, and a limiting plate and a conveying belt are arranged on the protective cover in a penetrating mode; the limiting plate and the conveying belt are symmetrically arranged in the protective cover, and the two ends of the limiting plate and the two ends of the conveying belt extend out of the protective cover from the feeding port and the discharging port respectively. According to the curved screen polishing device, curved screens can be placed on the two faces of the mold, the curved screens at the upper position and the lower position are polished at the same time through the two polishing discs which are arranged up and down and synchronously operate, and the multiple curved screens can be polished at a time; the curved screen located at one end of the containing groove is pushed to the other end of the containing groove through the pushing mechanism, the back face of the curved screen can be polished again, the operation steps of taking out the curved screen, turning over the curved screen and polishing the curved screen are omitted, and the working efficiency is improved to a certain degree.
